Chondrus or Irish Moss is an edible superfood sea plant that is known to be nature’s multivitamin from the sea. Known to be high in minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants, sea moss contains 92 of 102 essential minerals that our bodies need to function.

We recommend 1-2 tablespoons per day. You can consume sea moss gel on its own straight from the jar or mix it into your favourite smoothie, tea or food. There is no wrong way to enjoy sea moss gel.

Sensitivity to taste differs between every individual. Our infused sea moss gels are generally tasteless, which makes them the perfect addition to all types of food and beverages. This means you'll hardly even notice it's there, but still get to reap the benefits! However, we acknowledge that some do prefer taste and so we've created a few with flavours for your added variety.

We wash our sea moss thoroughly and soak the sea moss in natural spring water, along with fresh lime to minimize the fresh scent. This is done without adding any chemicals or preservatives to ensure that it is 100% natural without any additives.

All sea moss gels are made fresh to order and packaged in a glass mason jar to preserve freshness. To maintain freshness, refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Our sea moss gel can stay fresh for approximately 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Always use a clean dry spoon to scoop sea moss gel out to prevent bacteria from going in and to prolong the shelf life.
