SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY /

Sea Moss Gels are made fresh to your order, packaged in a 16 oz glass mason jar and get shipped out the same day to ensure freshness.

​

To preserve freshness so that you can receive your sea moss gel in the best state, we do not ship over the weekend, late in the week or holidays.

​

ORDERS SHIP ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS. Orders placed from Wednesdays-Sundays will be shipped out in the following week.  Sandra Chau Health offers complimentary shipping on orders over $60 (Canada Only).

Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

​

Upon shipment, you will receive your orders tracking number. When you receive the tracking information, this does not mean this is the moment that your package has been shipped, this is when your shipment label has been created. From there, you can view when your package has been dropped off at carrier and is ready to be shipped. 

​

Once your order leaves our possession, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and Sandra Chau Health is not held responsible for any delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages.

REFUND POLICY /

All purchases made on www.sandrachauhealth.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Due to the fact that the products from www.sandrachauhealth.com are perishable and downloadable digital items, they are deemed “used” after opening or download. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered in regard to dissatisfaction with the product.

We are not to be held responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.

​

We are not to be held responsible for product that has been affected by temperature during the delivery process.

 

We are not to be held responsible for wildlife getting into your package.

 

We are not to be held responsible if a package cannot be delivered or is delayed in delivery due to an order placed with incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

 

Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

​

We can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received within the shipping time frame selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS /

Orders cannot be cancelled once Sandra Chau Health has begun processing the order.
